• Visitors must register at the reception and obtain a visitor pass
• Visiting hours are strictly observed — generally between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM
• Only one or two visitors are allowed per patient at a time
• Children below 12 years are discouraged from visiting for safety reasons

We encourage visitors to keep their visits brief to allow patients adequate time for rest and treatment.

Hygiene and Safety Practices

Maintaining a clean and infection-free environment is essential in a hospital setting. All visitors are requested to cooperate with our infection control measures to ensure everyone’s safety.

• Sanitize hands before and after visiting the patient
• Wear masks properly covering nose and mouth at all times
• Avoid visiting if you have fever, cold, cough, or any contagious illness
• Do not sit or place belongings on patient beds

Visitors may be requested to wear additional protective gear (gowns, gloves) when visiting critical care areas like ICUs and isolation wards.

Conduct within the Hospital

To maintain a respectful and healing environment, all visitors are requested to behave courteously and follow hospital protocols at all times.

• Maintain silence and avoid loud conversations or phone usage
• Photography or videography inside the hospital premises is strictly prohibited
• Follow instructions of hospital staff and security personnel
• Do not bring outside food or flowers into patient care areas without permission

Any disruptive or non-compliant behavior may lead to restriction or cancellation of visiting privileges to protect the wellbeing of all patients.
